Created over millenia by Mother Nature herself. The sun, wind and rain working in combination to wear down rocks. While it didn't take that long to craft this piece a large amount of time has gone into its design.

This signet ring draws inspiration from cliffs, cracks and crags that are so common throughout New Zealand. We wanted to capture the dynamic, bold patterns with the beauty of imperfection not commonly found in jewellery.

Carved by hand from wax, this piece is then cast into sterling silver using the Lost Wax casting method. The raw castings are then filed, sanded and buffed by hand and then oxidised to produce black detailing in the recessed areas. The final stage involves polishing the raised areas to produce a mirror polish without compromising the details.
